Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

Consumers residing in the European Union have the right to withdraw from a contract within 14 days for non-personalized goods.

To exercise this right, written notification is required.

Exclusion – Personalized Products

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made according to customer specifications or clearly personalized (§312g Abs. 2 Nr. 1 BGB).

Since customized products are manufactured individually, cancellation is not possible once production has started.

Production begins after design approval has been confirmed via email.

Damaged or Defective Products

If a product arrives damaged or defective:
