Scope of Application

These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed through this website.

They apply to both:

  • Consumers (B2C)
  • Business customers (B2B)

A consumer is any natural person acting outside their trade or profession.

A business customer is any natural or legal person acting in the exercise of commercial or independent professional activity.

 

Eligibility & Age Requirement

By placing an order, the customer confirms that:

  • They are at least 18 years old, or
  • They have obtained parental or legal guardian consent.

We reserve the right to cancel orders that violate this requirement.

 

Contract Formation

The presentation of products in the online store does not constitute a legally binding offer.

By placing an order, the customer submits a binding offer.

A contract is concluded upon receipt of the order confirmation email.

 

Products

We offer:

  • Individually customized products (e.g., personalized pet designs)
  • Non-customized branded merchandise (e.g., logo apparel)

Due to production methods, minor variations in color, placement, or size may occur.

 

Personalized Products

Customized products are manufactured according to customer-provided content, including:

  • Uploaded images
  • Uploaded audio recordings (e.g., pet sounds)
  • Names or text elements


Production begins only after explicit design approval via email.

Once approval has been given and production has started:

Changes, cancellations, or refunds are no longer possible.

The customer is solely responsible for verifying spelling, images, and audio files before approval.

 

Customer Content & Intellectual Property

By uploading images, audio files, text, or other content, the customer confirms that:

  • They own the rights to the content, or
  • They have obtained all necessary permissions to use it.

The customer guarantees that uploaded content does not:

  • Infringe copyright
  • Violate trademark rights
  • Violate personality rights
  • Breach any third-party intellectual property rights

We reserve the right to refuse content that may violate applicable laws.

The customer indemnifies the seller against any third-party claims arising from uploaded content.

 

Prices & Payment

All prices are final prices.

No VAT is charged in accordance with §19 UStG (German Small Business Regulation).

Payments are processed securely via certified external payment service providers.

 

Production & Delivery

All products are produced on demand.

Production typically takes 2–5 business days after:

  • Order confirmation (non-custom items), or
  • Design approval (custom items)

Shipping times may vary depending on destination.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

 

International Orders

Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges imposed by local authorities.

These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

 

Business Customers (B2B)

Withdrawal rights do not apply to business customers unless explicitly agreed otherwise.

Business customers are responsible for ensuring compliance with local resale regulations.

 

Limitation of Liability

Liability is limited to cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence.

We are not liable for:

  • Carrier delays
  • Customs delays
  • Indirect or consequential damages


Governing Law

All legal relationships are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.
